Nokia 6120c white screen Then Blue screen then pawer off Solution (Software)

Nokia 6120c white screen 100% Solution

I get one nokia
6120c
Problem with
White screen on start up,then blue screen.
I am try Flash with v7.20
But not solve.
Then write Blank PPM file & set ok
Tested By me 100%
Don't try with Hardware first.
